We are growing our team
We are building a small, dependable team to support autistic children, young people and adults, people with ADHD, learning disabilities, SEND and mental health needs, out in the community and in everyday life.
We have two vacancies at the moment, and we are always glad to hear from the right people in between.
Support Worker (SEND & Neurodiversity)
Supporting people to get out and about, take part in activities, build confidence and do the things that matter to them. Working alongside families, schools and other professionals where that helps.
Personal Assistant (SEND & Neurodiversity)
Working one to one with someone, shaped entirely around what they want to do, how they communicate and how they like things done.

We recruit in small rounds rather than constantly, so there is not always a vacancy open. If nothing fits right now, tell us about yourself anyway and we will come back to you when something does.
Who we are looking for
Experience is genuinely useful, but the person matters more. We would rather train someone kind and reliable than hire someone experienced who is neither.
